Rick Russell has a broad range of experience in dispute resolution, having practiced as a civil litigation lawyer, an ombudsman, a mediator, a facilitator, an arbitrator, a third party fact finder and a trainer.

Gary Furlong has extensive experience in mediation, conflict management and mediation training, alternative dispute resolution, organizational facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Heather Swartz provides civil, workplace and family mediation. She also provides customized conflict management, interest-based negotiation and workplace training.  Heather acts as a facilitator using the partnering model, and for public consultation meetings.

Shelley Stirling-Boyes, B.A. (Hon's Psych.), Accredited Family Mediator

Shelley Stirling-Boyes provides comprehensive family mediation, with a focus on developing creative parenting plans and providing parties with strategies that will enable them to maintain a successful parenting relationship. Shelley has an active practice in conflict management training and facilitation.

Deb is the Office Manager for the Agree team; administering all aspects of mediation, training and facilitation services. She acts as workshop scribe and produces reports for partnerings and facilitations. Please call Deb with any questions you have about Agree services.
