Rick Russell has a broad range of experience in dispute resolution, having practiced as a civil litigation lawyer, an ombudsman, a mediator, a facilitator, an arbitrator, a third party fact finder and a trainer.

Gary Furlong has extensive experience in mediation, mediation training, alternative dispute resolution, organizational facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Heather is an active team member with Agree. She specializes in providing family, civil and workplace Mediation and is a Training and Facilitation Associate. She also oversees the case management of the firm and coordinates the mediation and partnering services.

Shelly Stirling-Boyes, B.A. (Hon's Psych.), Accredited Family Mediator

Shelley is a valued team member of Agree Dispute Resolution. She specializes in providing family mediation, with a focus on developing creative parenting plans and providing parties with strategies that will enable them to maintain a successful parenting relationship.

Deb is the Office Manager for the Agree team; administering all aspects of mediation, training and facilitation services. She acts as workshop scribe and produces reports for partnerings and facilitations. Please call Deb with any questions you have about Agree services.
