Mediation is the recommended method of resolution when preservation of relationships is a principle goal.
Organizational Mediation is a 21 hour, 3 day program in which workplace leaders are introduced to Relationship Awareness Theory™ and to the tools used by mediators to resolve problems between people and organizations. Using interactive learning experiences and role-plays based on real-world situations, program participants will learn first-hand about the valuable interaction between relationship issues and conflict.
