Shelley Stirling-Boyes
Biographical Notes:

Shelley Stirling-Boyes is a valued team member of Agree Dispute Resolution. She specializes in providing family mediation, with a focus on developing creative parenting plans and providing parties with strategies that will enable them to maintain a successful parenting relationship.
Shelley has been involved in court-based mediation programs since 1999. Shelley’s strength is connecting with parties entrenched in conflict to overcome obstacles to settlement and assist them in reaching a mutually beneficial agreement. This makes it possible to avoid the emotional stress and financial costs associated with litigation.
As a facilitator of a family law information workshop, Shelley possesses a genuine understanding of the emotional side of separation and the underlying issues parties may face. She provides families with information on the impact of separation and divorce on parents and children, and helps them gain an understanding of the alternative methods of dispute resolution.
Shelley strives to create a respectful mediation environment, where parties are encouraged to identify underlying interests, generate options and maintain a focused approach toward reaching a settlement.
