Marshall Schnapp is a Partner with Agree with more than a decade of dispute resolution experience.
Marshall brings extensive experience in dispute resolution, with a focus on workplace environments. A former practicing lawyer with a Master's in Law focussing on Dispute Resolution, he is committed to helping individuals and groups resolve conflicts and turn challenges into opportunities for growth.
His expertise includes workplace assessments, mediation, restoration processes, and union-management training. Known for his tailored approach, Marshall designs mediations, workshops, and coaching programs that empower participants to navigate conflict effectively. He has mediated over two thousand cases spanning workplace, employment, personal injury, human rights, and commercial disputes.
As an experienced conflict management trainer, Marshall has facilitated courses on dispute resolution at institutions including Conrad Grebel University College and George Brown College. He currently serves as the Respectful Workplace Ombudsperson for the City of London, applying his skills to improve workplace relations.
Marshall holds a Law degree from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School. He is also an invited member of the Canadian Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
