Marshall Schnapp is a Partner at Agree Inc. and an experienced dispute resolution practitioner specializing in complex workplace environments

A former litigator with a Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution, he has spent years conducting workplace assessments, mediations, and labour relations restorations, helping organizations address conflict, rebuild trust, and move forward in a practical and sustainable way.

Marshall brings extensive experience working in both unionized and non-unionized environments across Ontario. He has designed and delivered training on managing in unionized and non-unionized workplaces, joint bargaining, and workplace conflict, equipping leaders with practical tools they can apply immediately. In addition to his organizational work, Marshall teaches conflict management and mediation at Conrad Grebel University College (University of Waterloo) and has taught ADR to paralegal students at George Brown College.

From 2020 to 2026, Marshall served as the Respectful Workplace Ombudsperson for the City of London, Ontario, supporting employees and leadership in addressing sensitive workplace concerns. Known for his calm and tailored approach, he designs processes and training that reflect the realities of each organization, with a focus on clear expectations, accountability, and lasting change.


Marshall holds a Law degree from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School.  He is also an invited member of the Canadian Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
