Shelley Stirling-Boyes
Shelley is a Senior Associate with Agree Inc. and has worked in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution for 25 years. She joined the firm in 2007.
Shelley has a broad range of experience and specializes in workplace mediation, workplace assessments and team restoration, delivering customized conflict management and communication skills training, and conflict management coaching.
She is an experienced Construction Partnering Facilitator, leveraging Agree’s strength as a Canadian leader in designing and facilitating partnering workshops for P3 projects.
Shelley has worked with a wide variety public and private sector clients. Her areas of expertise include: Hospitals, Healthcare, Education, Construction, and Correctional Services. For many years, her practice also included Comprehensive Family Mediation, with extensive training in culture and diversity and domestic violence.
Shelley is an Accredited Mediator, an instructor of Dispute Resolution for the Conflict Management Certificate Program at Conrad Grebel University College, University of Waterloo and Co-chair of the Conflict Management Coaching section of the ADR Institute of Ontario. She is a regular facilitator for the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA). Shelley is a graduate of the University of Guelph and McMaster University.
